Why run an electrical company like this one? For me, the answer is simple. I learned the electrical trade from my father, Gary, so that part came naturally. If my father had been a plumber, this might just as easily be Kuhlman Plumbing. The real question is why run a business at all. No matter the industry, every business faces long hours, challenges, ups and downs, and the occasional stress..
When I first took over the company, Gary and I had just one employee. I wondered what was holding us back from growing? How were other companies doing it? Did they know something we didn’t? Over time, I noticed that the most successful brands shared one thing in common: focus. When you hear “McDonald’s,” it's hamburgers -not hot dogs. We applied that same thinking to our business.

Our Mission
In those early days, it was mainly the challenge that motivated me. I loved learning new things, figuring out better ways to do things. As time went on, the challenge was surpassed by the people around me and my true mission became evident.

From our office staff who answers the phone, to our team of experienced electricians, every employee met along the way acts with a greater degree of professionalism to ensure your satisfaction.
